Payment policy
We only accept PayPal and only dispatch items after we have received payment.

UK Delivery information
All items we send within the UK are sent via FREE first class Royal Mail delivery. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

UK Courier Delivery Service
We offer an expedited service for customers who need next working day delivery. This is available for our UK customers only. For guaranteed next working day delivery, please order before 2pm.

European Postage
For all European countries we offer signed-for delivery at a flat rate. This is to ensure we give our customers the best possible service.

Late Parcels
In the event of a late parcel, please first check with your local Post Office as cards are not always left. For lost parcels please allow 15 working days before contacting us, we will then contact Royal Mail and if needs be, send you a new item.

Packaging information
To reduce our postage costs, and enable us to keep providing FREE delivery, all ink cartridges we sell are sent without their external cardboard packaging. All of the waste card packaging is recycled by us, meaning you don't have to. If you wish to be sent your product with external card packaging, please send us an eBay message before ordering.

1 Year Guarantee for faulty items
Sometimes our products can be damaged in transit, or a faulty cartridge could have slipped through our strict quality checks, in either case you may return the item as long as long as you follow these guidelines:

  • Please contact our customer support team before returning your product as they can help you with the majority of problems, and will talk you through our returns procedure if the product is faulty.
  • If you return it back to us within 1 year we'll give you a fast-track replacement, dispatched back to you the same day that we receive the faulty cartridge back in our returns department. You are also entitled to request a refund, which takes 7 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge due our testing procedures if we have not resolved the failure satisfactorily.
  • If you've had the product for up to the best before date of the product, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund (all our ink products have at least a 9 month best before life).
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just call us on 0115 9371520 and we'll give you your return details. We aim to deal with the returned item within 24 hours of receipt if a valid returns number is given.
