I cancelled the shipment of two 301 cartridges. Customer Service guy asked me if I don't want it to cancel it and I agreed. Anyway two cartridges arrived the other day to my doorstep. I have returned them today and I was hoping to get double pack black and tricolour and deduct the price.

On time, as described. But take care: don't make the mistake I did of thinking I was buying a box of 20 (the most prominent number shown on the seller's pictures - it was the shelf life). Pack delivered is different, with number of batteries the more prominent - hopefully seller will update their website pictures. However, the price was competitive at 10 per box so I'll get over it!
