As far as the item is concerned and the supplier everything was positive. As far as delivery from Evri (formerly Hermes), well the name change certainly hasn’t improved their service. The item was due to be delivered on Friday 23rd and didn’t arrive. This was followed by an email saying it would be delivered on Monday 26th, only to be followed by another email saying I would be contacted on Tuesday 27th. I had no communication on the 27th. The next email stated delivery would be on Thursday.
