Returns Policy If the wrong item has been received or the product is faulty, the vender must be informed within 48 hours of delivery to the customer. The vender will then undertake a return for the products(s) and either refund the amount in question or return the item. Items are to be returned by the customer via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery and proof of postage must be kept by the customer to avoid all risks. If the item is returned due to a fault, the vendor will reimburse the customer however, in all other matters payment for return postage is the duty of the customer.

Returns on products will be accepted up to 14 days after the purchase date, the item must be returned by the customer in working, new condition and cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer.
