Under distant seller regulations you have the right to return your order back to the seller within 14 Working days

At Home and Garden we want to help you and make things like returning a product as easy as possible

Please see below the very simple steps you need to do to return your order back to us for a Repair/Replacement or Refund

Contact us on 0121 202 0022 or by email to obtain a unique Returns Number (Please note you will not be able to return your order without this)

We will then send you an email with the relevant returns number and our address and any other useful information you may require
Once you have sent this to us we will notify you by email and text message to say that we have received your return safely and we have begun our returns process, the relevant action will then take place (Repair, Replace or Refund)

Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without your valid Returns Authorisation Number on the label. A Returns Authorisation Number will only be issued if you contact the Customer Service Team within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

I haven’t received my item?
If you have not received your item within the time period we have provided you please contact us straight away and let us call the courier and find out where your order is.

I have received my item, but it is damaged?
If this is the case then do not panic, we can of course arrange for a returns label to be sent to you or we can arrange a collection of the damaged item and we can replace this order for you or a full refund if you choose.

Order received but it’s not what I wanted?
Sorry to hear that, we can of course by Consumer Rights accept this item back from you for a full refund within 14 days of the item being received. Please contact our team to have a return processed

My order is faulty, what next?
Don’t panic, we can of course solve this matter for you, our friendly returns department can assist in any way.
