I have placed an order but you have not sent me any order tracking?
We aim to have every order we receive shipped out the same working day, as soon as your order is placed with ourselves you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked and dispatched from our warehouse. We process orders Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) our cut off is 4PM Daily. If you require next working day delivery please place your order before 4pm and select “Next Working Day” during the checkout process.
If this is the case then do not panic, we can of course arrange for a returns label to be sent to you or we can arrange a collection of the damaged item and we can replace this order for you or a full refund if you choose.
