I ordered 2 tubs of powdered moss killer which arrived bang on time. During transit one of the tubs was smashed leaving the powder dispersed in the package, an occurrance not the fault of the vendor. I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. With service like this, is there any reason to buy elsewhere?

The item arrived earlier than expected [+ comment] - albeit 4 hrs later than DHL had texted [no fault of HSD] - 1 of the containers had leaked, potentially down to DHL handling [?] this personal assumption is merely due to the box being delivered on its side when it has a very prominent this way up arrow on the side!
When brought to the attention of HSD they responded almost immediately [evening] and had a replacement sent out & received within 2 days
