The cleat ripper arrived on time, thank you. However, their advert clearly states free delivery, but I was charged £1.99? I've contacted the seller twice about this, without the courtesy of a response. It's not such much the additional cost, but the principle. Don't advertise(unless it was In error) free delivery, when indeed it isn't!
