Der Service ist hervorragend, Anfragen werden sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Die Ware ist gut. Die Versandkosten sind recht hoch, erklären sich aber durch den Versand aus Great Britain - dies weiß man aber vorher und muss einfach den Gesamtpreis vergleichen, der sehr günstig ist.
Einzig das Versandunternehmen ist etwas suspekt - die Pakete wurden 2 Wochen vor dem Zustelldatum als "zugestellt" markiert - doch dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts.

I contacted the seller and was immediately offered a replacement which arrived just one day later than the original due date.
