Be aware product shown is not the product they send out. Returning the cheap version they are trying to say is what is ordered. Did not get anywhere after several messages. Just very poor excuses Two pictures with identical baubles neither are what I ordered. second picture is also a product they sell but £7.50 cheaper which I would say is identical to what I received. The other picture is what I ordered and paid for as you see a much plainer bauble Think the pictures tell the story.
