Delivery

  • Items will be despatched, once your payment has cleared, Monday to Friday; if your order and payment are received before 2.00pm your order will be despatched the same day, if it is received later than 2.00pm your order will be despatched the next working day.
  • We will only ship to the address that is attached to the Paypal payment received. This will not be changed after payment for any reason. Please contact us for further instructions if you have used an incorrect address.
  • Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD depending on size and value.

Royal Mail Deliveries

  • Our Economy delivery option: Royal Mail Standard Parcels, please allow 4-6 working days for delivery. Note; the standard parcels service is not tracked.
  • Our Royal Mail Express delivery option: there are two choices of Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, for both a tracking number will be provided:
    • Tracked 24 hour will be delivered within two working days but will not be a timed delivery window.
    • Tracked 48 hour will be delivered within two-three working days but will not be a timed delivery window.
  • Please allow 14 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us to claim the parcel as lost.
  • Please report any damaged items to us within 48 hours.
  • Sometimes events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed. Please note that carriers are a third party service over which we have no control. In situations where there is a delay due to the carrier we cannot be held responsible; we will be happy to reconfirm your tracking number to enable you to contact the carrier directly to progress your delivery.
  • If you have any question about the delivery of your order please contact our customer services team.

DPD

  • Please ensure you have provided an up to date daytime mobile contact number on your order. This will enable DPD to send you updates on your parcel via text.
  • Items despatched via DPD are normally delivered the next working day. There are some geographical restrictions that may extend this delivery. Please contact us on 0161 688 1531 for further information regarding delivery.
  • You will receive a dispatch notification email/text message containing your tracking number when your item has been collected by DPD.
  • Delivery of your item will take place Monday-Friday between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm, however we cannot arrange specific times for delivery. DPD may (at their discretion) advise of a 1 hour time slot for delivery via text message.
  • All deliveries must be signed for at the registered PayPal address. Items will not be left in any secure location, include; garages, porches etc.
  • All deliveries will be attempted twice, with a calling card left by DPD on each occasion. If the item is returned to us as a failed delivery after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded upon return of the unit with ourselves. A fee of £10.00 may be charged to the buyer for further deliveries. For any delivery queries you can contact our customer services on 0161 688 1531.
  • We can only ship to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland with prior arrangement.
  • If you provide us with a mobile telephone number, DPD will send you a text message on the day of delivery advising a one hour time slot for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for failed/delayed deliveries if the contact details you provide are no longer valid.
  • Please note any quoted time slot is an approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery between those times.
