Item received quickly but it was put away for Christmas. It worked as it should and then it stopped working and was wondering how I was going to afford to buy another with my son being so upset it was his main present. I contacted the seller and a lady called Annie replied back almost immediately to ask me to try charging for the full 8 hours. This didn't work so Annie sent detailed instructions on what to do next and I found the wire that had come off the battery. Fantastic customer service!

A prompt response from “ Annie” who, on photographic evidence immediately replied and replaced the item. Acknowledging my emails at the weekend!! Dedicated!!
