Excellent seller. My sofas arrived this morning and they are very comfortable and they look lovely too. Love the colour it is perfect with my room. Delivery guys were brilliant and very helpful. The only thing i would like to say is communication could be better as I didn’t hear anything until i contacted them and their was a reply which said ‘ring logistics on this number’ and that was it. I would certainly recommend furnitureinstore to family and friends. A+++++++++++++++++++

When I ordered I ordered a 3 seater sofa & 2 chairs, which was showing in stock. I received an email stating I had to contact them. When I phoned them I was told that the seats were out of stock & would not be available for delivery until March/ April. I told the sales rep to send the sofa with the chairs to follow when they were in stock. The sofa arrived & I couldn't fault the men.The receipt stated 3 seater & 2 chairs. I have nothing to say that the chairs are to follow

Delivery was quick & on time. The delivery people were very helpful too. Item is better than I thought it would be & fits perfectly in my small room. Unfortunately, the seats appear to have lost quite a bit of it's rise, gone flat. I've only had the sofa for a few weeks. I'll be contacting the company to see how the can help to resolve the issue. Other than that it's a lovely sofa.
