Where to begin - everything was excellent from beginning to end. The chair is exactly as advertised, a beautiful leather reclining chair. The price was brilliant and very competitive. I received a phone call asking if I would like to take delivery in a couple of days. The chair was delivered as planned by two friendly, helpful chaps who checked to make sure the chair worked before leaving in the room it was going to live in. I would highly recommend to anyone
