DSR Returns Policy
In line with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) we're happy to accept returns when notified of your wish to return within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). You can do this by phone, email or in writing as per the contact details section.
We request that the item(s) are returned to us as supplied, undamaged, with all packaging and unmodified from the supplied state.
The item(s) must be returned to us, at your cost, to the address in the "Contact us" section.
When returning an item you should request a proof of posting if you are using Royal Mail.
Once we have received the item(s) supplied we will refund your payment including standard postage costs charged in the original sale.
Please note that where you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded delivery service that the charge for this service is not refundable.
All products are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months. If your item is found to be defective within that time, we will repair or replace your item.
This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear, defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration.
Under no conditions are we liable for any of the following: loss or damage to a computer; loss of or damage to programs, records or data; and consequential or incidental damages, even if we are informed of their possibility.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
