All of our products come with our satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, the product can be returned or replaced within the warranty periods below, depending on the grade of product ordered:
New Grade – 12 months from delivery
Gold Grade – 1 year from delivery
Silver Grade – 6 months from delivery
Bronze Grade – 3 months from delivery

Our liability for any losses that you might suffer as a result of you placing an order for or making a purchase of products in connection with the Website is strictly limited to the combined purchase price of the relevant products that you have purchased. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to operate in accordance with manufacturer’s or Sims’ instructions.
We exclude all liability and responsibility to you for all other loss or damage that you might suffer provided that this exclusion does not include or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or (iii) any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
