As ordered, the seller's shoes arrived and looked as ordered, exactly to the image and specification. Yet, when received the item was 2 sizes smaller than ordered. I approached the seller who responded defensively that I was incorrect, even though I advised them that I measured both shoes and was shocked with the result and findings. The order ended in bitter disappointment as I was asked simply to shut up after numerous attempts to communicate, the bullying purchase not resolved.
