PARCEL DIDN'T TURN UP. MESSAGED THE SELLER, THEY SAID THEY HAD INVESTIGATED IT. THEY OFFERED ME A FULL REFUND OR ANOTHER PAIR OF TROUSERS. I COULDN'T WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR THEM. SO THEY'VE ISSUED ME A REFUND. DOESN'T EXPLAIN WHERE THE PARCEL HAS GONE THOUGH. I THINK IT WAS A MISTAKE & THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY IN STOCK. THEY REFUNDED ME. I have contacted seller about the item I received not as described. Cannot put it on as it is a tub instead of a play suit sent seller photos as seller asked for. He said to send it back but would not pay for the postage. Please please be very careful of this seller . Also look as previous feedback from other buyers. Ordered 2 dresses but only 1 in the package. Despite several message to seller to explain this they were very reluctant to acknowledge the error & instead kept saying to check tracking as parcel had been delivered! Explained several times, yes it had, but only contained the 1 dress! Had ordered previously last year and no issues then. Opened case via eBay and able to get refund that way. Only reason neutral and not negative feedback is as dresses are actually good value (when they arrive!)

Do not use this company they clearly don't care about customer service. I was sent the wrong item which they denied. They promised me that they had sent the item that I had paid for but it still hasn't arrived. They have told me I've got to send the wrong item back at my own cost before they will reimburse me my money. Absolutely shocking

Unfortunately I did not receive the top I ordered because out of stock of the colour and size I wanted. On saying that the help and the contact I had with the seller was brilliant.
