If you wish to return any purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after
receiving the goods. Replacements, exchanges or refunds will only be sent once
we have received the returned items back.
Exchanges are subject to price differences and re-postage charge.
If an item is faulty/damaged, customers must provide clear photographic
evidence. Postage costs for faults/damages will be covered by us. We will
replace faulty goods if returned to us within 30 days of arrival.
The refund amount is for the invoice value only, shipping and handling fees
Any returned items should be well packed and in original condition.
We will not exchange or refund any items damaged in
transit back to us.
