item was like new (one small scuff mark on the outside and like new inside), very fast dispatch times, packing was excellent (no expense spared), this seller (in my opinion) are the elite. I was very tempted to leave this on either ‘Negative’ or ‘Neutral’ feedback, but realised that this is not the fault of the seller, but the awful courier service which the seller has chosen to use. I received an email from ‘FedEx’ telling me that my printer would be delivered on Tuesday 5th December between 10:00 and 14:00, so I took the day off in order to be home to receive it. The delivery window was later retracted and replaced with a ‘…delivery before 18:00’ email. By 22:00 still nothing

It might be worth the seller taking a look at the ‘FedEx’ ratings on ‘Trustpilot’ - not just for the UK, but Globally. Interesting to note that 93% of reviews on the UK site gave only 1-Star, but then only because a minimum of 1-Star is required in order to leave a review. Feedback and Reviews are there for a reason!

sorry to hear your printer was delayed we have been using FedEx for many years and as you can see from our feed back we very rarely have issues. I can only assume it was delay because of traffic / busy Christmas period . Sorry again for the delay .
