Item 12volt Jump starter pack -delivery of was delayed, contacted seller and was informed this was due to issues with courier company , but seller responded well to all my inquires/ questions about delay of this item. Another item was sent out and this was recieved all present and correct. Overall very pleased with the item and price, and response from seller regarding delayed delivery, would definitely use this seller again.

Item finally arrived, poor service from Hermes. Local delivery person is always reliable, however Hermes distribution was poor and an unacceptable timescale to deliver a small package. Happy with item and ebay seller. Good communication and chased Hermes, when I advised item gad not arrived.

I Had a slight problem with the delivery, were the delivery company mixed up my item with another, But I must say I contacted the seller and the problem was rectified straight away with an apology from the supplier when it wasn't there fault, my item was the hastily delivered within the next couple of days. Excellent company communication, and excellent service I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again.

Item never recieved, nothing at all to do with the seller. I had the parcel to be delivered to Mill Hill food store in sunderland and they wouldn't accept it as the parcel was too big. So be careful if your parcel is large and you are getting it delivered there. The seller was great and gave me my full refund with no fuss at all.

Item as advertised, well packaged and was delivered earlier than expected. The only complaint relates to the delivery company who did not bother to knock in my front door and just left the package on the doorstep placed under my neighbour's refuse recycling box. I'm not sure why the couriers / delivery drivers feel the need to act in this manner, it is not very impressive. Perhaps they are just not very bright?!!

Bins arrived wrapped in a sheet of plastic. Not in a box like every other eBay storage bin always has previously. 3 out of 4 plastic locking clips smashed to bits. Contacted seller with photos, who promised to send 3 replacement clips 11 days ago. Clips never arrived. Had to purchase more storage bins which arrived in a box!!! Now, to get a refund for these useless broken bins they delivered, I need to cart the 2 x 110L bins to the post office!! Avoid this useless seller at absolutely all costs.
