Item was sent to a pick up point. I was then not notified that it was ready for pick up. When I did pick up the item it was not as described. The description was 2 x 250ml Rohloff Speedhub Oil Kit. I was sent 1 x 250ml and 1 x 125ml. I then emailed the seller and requested that they send me 1 x 125ml to make up to the correct order. The email was ignored. I have initiated a refund.

Arrived this Saturday quite late really since they were UK sellers.. These spokes did not arrive in the HALO carton fermenting the idea these are not Halo but I am not complaining as I just need some black replacement spokes to finish my wheel build.

Offered free postage on listing but they didn't cover the full cost of the postage. I Contacted them to find out why it was not delivered. got 0 info ended up having to track the order down myself then pay the postage and the additional cost to get it released to me. Rude staff 0 help I recommend never USING them RUDE con artists STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 😤

Alright, Karen get back in your box. Your so full of it. I can smell it from here. We send all our parcels on account. So the item would be delivered to you regardless and we would pick up the bill. So it would be us staying away from you. CON ARTIST CLOWN.
