The mug is absolutely perfect! The seller has been very patient and understanding after there was a mix up about delivery (it went to a neighbourbut no card thru my door meant i didnt know where it went!). Which was actually fast. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a personalised mug and received a 3/4 black mug with a tiny photo pasted on the bottom half. I asked to properly reprint it and offered to pay again. No response. I asked again - the seller complains about my photo and still doesn't answer my question - a Complete nonsense. Another seller was able to properly crop the same photo with no issues whatsoever. Dont waste you time

Customers photo that was supplied was the issue (wasn't even an issue in our eyes). Check our overall feedback, it speaks for it's self.
