They've only got back to me today (which has been a week since I've received it) and gave me an option of partial refund £50 or return it. The item was in good working condition so didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and they refunded me quickly.

Even better than described - it was supposed to be refurbished but I was sent a brand new Airwrap which was still sealed with all packaging intact. When I registered it for the Guarantee, Dyson gave me TWO years warranty! With the various offers that were available this saved me £200 compared to buying new elsewhere. CHUFFED isn't the word!
