Extremely disappointed with the ‘Like New’ Dyson Purifier from Dyson Outlet—came with numerous visible scratches, contradicting the stated two-minor-defect limit. Parcelforce’s delivery service failed, claiming a delivery attempt that never happened while I waited. Though returning is impractical due to its bulk and my tight schedule, I urge reconsideration of Parcelforce for future deliveries. Regrettably, this experience has been thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Although after contact with the seller, the item was exchanged (still in poor shape) then refunded, the items did not arrive as they state, hygienically sanitised etc. There was visible damage inside to the fan unit, dust and hair etc. The other item I bought from them was OK. Theircomunnication about the pay in 3 refund has not been clarified so I'm still waiting on an answer. Doubtful of buying from them again.

Amazing, just given it a little try and love it!! I previously had a dyson cordless 7 year old. Husband dropped it and it’s not been the same since. I love how I could get a reconditioned for a much cheaper price. I was a little worried it wouldn’t be new but it’s immaculate. Looks like it has never been used. Ordered on a Tuesday teatime and delivered Wednesday morning speedy delivery too
