Delivery was next day, it arrived within 24 hours of paying. Item was packaged with the clear wrap around box (brand new) zero suspicion of it being a refurbished product. I genuinely believe it was just an order which was sent back with nothing wrong with it. The service from Dyson has been 10/10.
