The packaging was different to there photo. The item was squeezed into a plain envelope and arrived all squashed up. The seller dragged there heals resolving this. They gave me a refund date, should have been 28th December, but I agreed to wait until the 2nd. Ignored, Ebay stepped in to resolve this. Very disappointed

I contacted Dental Direct when the item did not come. Royal Mail told the company they had left it in a rubbish bin. However, there was no note through my letterbox, and by the time I had been told this, the bin had been emptied. Dental direct sent a replacement which has now arrived. Thank you dental Direct.
