A bit disappointed with the seller the way the item was listed. In the listing, brand new SanDisk SSD plus, the one it was arrived, very casual packaging, used item with REFURBISHED on it. The item is working but I bought it for my customer and told him, brand new hard drive, didn't have time it to return. (the main page shows, it is used item but didn't go into small print in the description.), Gave positive feedback because didn't read full description.

The advertisement describes the item as new but the seller explained the items are refurbished by the item manufacturer. 2 out of the 8 micro SD cards that I ordered were not working well. After contacting the seller, the seller sent me 2 replacement micro SD cards for free which the seller tested prior to shipping. The seller also sent an envelope for post mailing back to the seller the 2 damaged cards free-of-charge. The seller offered the most professional solution. I saved the seller :-)

The card arrived on time but unfortunately the card was not what I ordered. I contacted the company who apologised and said they would send another card 1st class post and enclose a envelope for me to send back the card that was delivered. The communication with the company has been very good and would not hesitate to use them again as it seemed like a genuine mistake.

Im giving this seller a positive feedback because of their customer service. Unfortunately my order didn't arrive within the stated time. I contacted the supplier who asked for a couple more days. I obliged and had to email again. Stating that my order had still not arrived they promptly provided a refund. Full marks for customer service. No marks for royal mail losing my order.

Wrong item initially sent out but once advised of error seller sent correct items by Royal Mail 24 with an included returns label and package for the originals. Genuine mistake quickly rectified, will use their service again.
