After taking days to respond to a non-delivery notification, seller decided to give me a refund for what he says is "the best course", in spite of me saying " I simply want the seller to fulfil their part of the contract and send me what I paid for... PROMPTLY!". This leads me to suspect that the seller simply does not want to fulfil the order and probably never did! Communication was closed, and now the refund is stuck. Not impressed. Worth avoiding in the future.
