Shipping Policy
WE ONLY SELL GOODS THAT WE HOLD IN STOCK.

My goods are sent either by ROYAL MAIL, COLLECT PLUS or UPS.


Cut off time for next day delivery via UPS is normally 11:30am. If you order after 11:30am if it is possible I will still try to get your item to you on that days collection. UPS normally collect from me between 2pm-3pm.


If you have not received delivery of an item within the agreed working days, (EU & overseas orders can take longer due to logistics and customs) we suggest you contact us so we can chase up the delivery to find out where your item is and when you can expect it (this can only be applied to track able orders). A contact phone number should be provided for all courier deliveries. This helps the courier driver should they be unable to locate your address or to advise you of the delivery time. Please check all deliveries to make sure the goods have not been damaged in transit and everything is complete. If you sign for the goods as "in good Condition" and subsequently find they are damaged we will not be able to claim from the carrier and this may delay and repair or replacement for you. I try and keep the carriage costs as low as possible but sometimes the following postcodes may incur a carriage surcharge for heavier items: GY, IV, HS, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE. BT, IM, TR21-25, Isle of Wight and certain other Scottish postcodes. If your delivery address is within one of these areas please contact us for details.

I am happy to ship items all over the world. For high value items we require that you have a confirmed Paypal address and can only ship to that address.

If you are interested in any item that does not show postage for your country then please ask and we will be happy to provide you the shipping costs. Please also note certain countries in Europe but outside of the EU may be subject to an increase in shipping fees. If you feel you may be one of these countries please contact me first before placing your order.
RETURNS
It's simple, I want you to be a 100% happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not and you would like to return an item all I ask is that you follow our simple guidlines and procedures listed below:
1) Please email me immediately & let me know that you are going to return an item to avoid a delay with your refund and give me a heads up.
2) The Goods must be returned within 14 days. The goods can only be returned for a full refund if they are still in their original packaging, ideally unopened, UNUSED and are resalable.
3) Unless agreed in advance the buyer will be responsible for the cost of any return postage/carriage fee and any necessary insurance as the goods remain the buyers responsibility until returned to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will refund any agreed UK carriage costs.
1YR RTB WARRANTY:

Our 1 year RETURN TO BASE warranty covers everything except consumables. If your returned item is found to be genuinely faulty after we have tested it, we will exchange it for a new one or a similar product. The return postage back to you will be covered by us. Unfortunately RTB shipping costs to us are not refunable, unless agreed in advance.
