A few screws were missing from pack, but a quick call to the seller, answered straight away, a whole replacement fixtures pack was sent out immediately and arrived next day. After reading some reviews I was a bit wary what to expect , super fast delivery arrived well packaged undamaged I haven't completed assembling it as I have been to busy but from what I have done it looks fine in fact for the price it's good ,the instructions were missing I rang them no waiting to get through very nice polite lady apologised asked if an email would be ok and it was in my mail box within 10mins good customer service is hard to find nowadays so top marks from me all round.

I ordered 20 of these cake stands for a garden party. They were delivered quickly and were well packed. 1 cake stand had a slight manufacturing fault but a quick email to the company resulted in a replacement arriving the next day. All stands had a few spare washers too, which is good for the future, and were very easy to assemble. The plate sizes were slightly smaller than listed but are perfectly adequate. For the price they are very good indeed and the customer service is excellent.

Perfect seller! Delivered so quickly, I wondered what had arrived! Item as described. Was worried about buying as had read some neg comments re packaging and tap. Packaged very well (really padded out). The tap is plastic and very slow - none of that bothers me because I didn't want a dispenser per se, just a large glass container to store my distilled water in; this serves that purpose. I am happy to tip it to access the water. Was also at discounted price 😃. Would use again. Many thanks ☺️
