Book arrived quickly, in brand new condition and as described. Unfortunately, I did not realize prior to purchase that this is not an original copy written and published by Maximus Tyrannus Avery. I would not have purchased the book had I caught that. My mistake. I assume this is why returns are not accepted for this book. If you are looking for the original printing by the original author, this is not it.
