Terrible experience, paid for 14 boxes of flooring and was assured they were all the same batch number.
When the flooring arrived one box was of a totally different colour and design. There was a manufacturing fault which led to my flooring guys who are award winning to refuse to lay the flooring as it was sub standard. It took ages to get this company to agree to a return and now they have the flooring back they are ignoring my messages and will not make a refund.
I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS
