How do I return my item?
Returning your item is easy, please start your return through the eBay returns system. You must return your complete product, including any accessories to our returns address which can be found via eBay returns.
I have changed my mind, can I return my item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the day you received your product to return your item if you change your mind. Your return will only be accepted if your item is un-used, and in as-new resellable condition.
My item is faulty, what can I do?
Please contact us through the eBay messaging system. Most of our products come with a 12 month warranty, and if you have had your item for over 14 days we will repair or replace your item.
Who pays for the return postage?
If your item was faulty on delivery, we will cover costs for return subject to a limit of £10. In all other cases, you will be liable for return postage.
Can I return my eBay product to a DJI Store?
No, all products purchased off eBay must be returned via the eBay system.
