We do understand that all brands and styles can differ in size, and what might suit one person may not another...therefore we offer an exchange service as well as refunds....with big savings on our items compared to High street shop prices, an exchange is still cost effective and worth doing with us.
Providing tags remain and item is returned to us in original condition/packaging, within 14 days (21 days for overseas buyers) we would then replace it with an alternative size, in the same style or a different style (depending on customer preference) A return p&p charge would then apply.
Refunds can also be given, less the original p&p costs.
We do check every item before sending, however, in the unlikely event of there being a faulty item, please notify us straight away and we will arrange a return of the item and provide a replacement or full refund including initial postage costs depending on customer preference.
