Never received the first colour, was offered a different colour which then had problems and now I haven't even received the item. Seller marked as dispatched before sending the original order at all. Has then given a refund which took a while to clear and still claims they've sent a diary which I still haven't received nor have any evidence of this. 100% don't buy from this company.

Hi, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive. It has since arrived back with us and marked with royal mail as not collected. A replacement was offered and full refund issued promptly.
