Delivery method

Economy: Royal Mail or DPD

Express: DPD - for safe, secure, signed-for deliveries to your door.

Large appliances or electricals are delivered by our KNOWHOW™ delivery teams.

We deliver within the UK only. This includes Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

We do not accept orders to PO Box addresses and International orders, including those from the Republic of Ireland.

Orders for large domestic appliances are accepted to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) and the following islands: Isle of Skye, Isle of Sheppey, Anglesey, the Isle of Wight, and the Isle of Man. This excludes Orkney, the Channel Islands and BFPO.

Standard Delivery - Free

A FREE, all-day delivery option; available from 2 days after placing your order (subject to availability).

Customers will be notified by email of a delivery date.

Our delivery team members reserve the right to cancel deliveries that could endanger their health and safety. So if you require large-item delivery to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can do this on arrival.

Express Delivery - £10.00

Express delivery allows customers to select a day* and a 4-hour time slot** for delivery (subject to availability). We deliver 7 days a week usually between 7am & 5pm (service may vary in some outlying areas of the UK).

Simply choose Express delivery at the checkout, and an eBay store customer service advisor will contact you within 1 working day (Mon-Fri, 9-5) to arrange a day and time for your delivery.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday's will not be processed until the following working day***

Our delivery team members reserve the right to cancel deliveries that could endanger their health and safety. So if you require large-item delivery to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can do this on arrival.

Installation

We can install your new appliance on the day we deliver, for most of the UK. Just add a "Note to Seller" at checkout, and we'll send a separate PayPal money request for this service.

Remove & Recycle your old product

To save you the hassle we can take away and recycle your old appliance, along with any packaging when we deliver your new one. Just add a "Note to Seller" at checkout, and we'll send a separate PayPal money request for this service.

Can I change delivery address or method?

Customers are strongly advised to ensure the delivery name and address details are complete and correct at the point of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to change delivery addresses after purchase.

Collections direct from our warehouse are not available.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not home to sign for delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

These are busy periods for retailers and the postal services. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, but please allow 7-10 working days for despatch and delivery during these periods.

However, these cannot be guaranteed, as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, an incomplete delivery address.
