This is a terrible experience because it came all smashed and broken. When I opened the box shards of glass came out from the package and it cut my hand. The describ tion said there was a little scrathes on the stand. The seller completly lied about the product. This was a scam from the seller. I am still waiting for a response from the seller. No one has contacted me about this item yet.

Great communication and delivered really fast. Classed as a grade C refurb, but not a mark on it, and works great, came in a generic PS box with all parts wrapped and a security sticker on. Aside from the "unofficial" PS5 box, you wouldn't know this wasn't brand new. Very happy, great seller.

This does not align with the description of the item being “new and undamaged.” While the delivery itself was satisfactory, the packaging condition was not acceptable and fails to meet consumer rights standards for new products. Curry’s sent us a defective washing machine and nobody is replying !!!! Water is coming out through the detergent dispenser and the machine comes out with errors. Cracked inside too. Absolutely awful service avoid at all costs. I am left without a washing machine for days because nobody replies
