UK - Payments can be made by PayPal, Postal Order or Cheque.

International - Paypal only please.

Please note - We do NOT accept US money orders or cheques as we cannot cash them in the UK!

Our postage rates for charms are -

£1.10 for UK.

£2.00 for Europe

£3.30 Worldwide including USA.

Each additional item goes free when paid for together excluding custom made watches

We always get confirmation of posting from the Post Office and we are not responsible for items delayed or lost in the post. We are happy to send by "Signed For" delivery at an extra cost of £1.00 for UK customers. International customers - Please contact us for cost

Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyer to pay return postage. Please Note - Custom Made items can only be returned if faulty. We always endeavour to provide the best customer care. Please email us if you have any problems or queries. cougarcharm@btinternet.com

Multiple Purchases

1. Use the "Buy It Now" button to purchase an item you are interested in, on the next page you will be asked confirm your intention to buy, click ok

2. If you intend to buy more than one item DO NOT pay straight away,it will ask if you wish to pay or go to sellers shop, - repeat step one for all the items you intend to purchase.

3. Once you have finished buying you can click on the 'Pay Now' button and eBay will combine your purchases. You need to check the amount is right before paying and change it if required

4. We will charge an admin fee for any refunds made by Paypal due to incorrect postage paid.

5. Alternatively you can request a combined invoice from us and we will check it for you.
