Phone case seller sent was not as shown in their photo. When l asked to return it they told Ebay they had sent a return label, but they didn't - they actually asked me to cross out my address on the old envelope, write "return on sender" on it, and take a photo of myself putting it in a postbox! An abuse of Royal Mail apart from anything else. Ebay refunded me. Not a seller l would ever recommend.
