Given a 5 star rating as the transaction was 1 st class. Someone in packing should make sure it is packed correctly and the pouch is actually sealed completely. Mine arrived not sealed and upside down in the outer packaging. When I came to remove it the content spilled all over the floor. ..so had to go in the bin. Not best please that I paid for a product I can't use.

This seller sent me an old patch of stock, just 3 months to expire!! I have contacted him where he explained the above, an old stock!! So I contacted him before rushing to leave a negative feedback, he promised to send an extra pills for me to keep the old one, I agreed but for nearly a month nothing has been sent, I sent him a message and didn't reply!! He's ignoring me!! For these reasons I'll leave a negative feedback and I advise anyone not to buy from because he's not honest.

The seller sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they apologised and promised to send the right thing. Three weeks later, after contacting them once again and then telling me to wait till the end of the week, the item had not arrived and eBay arranged a refund. Don't think they ever sent the right thing.
I think this is the first negative review I've ever sent, but this company was terrible.

I have had no issues with the seller and their respond to the message I've sent to them had been fast and effisient - the refund for the damaged item in the delivery, done by Royal Mail, has been dealt with by seller. It is a pity that their business has suffered because of the delivery service. However, I am not confident to reorder the item from them because of their delivery service.
