ALL MY IMAGES ARE ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. ANY COPYING OF MY ARTWORK, BY ANY MEANS, WILL BE REPORTED.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

When buying multiples of the same item, always use the drop-down menu, and add the number you want. Paypal charges me for each individual transaction, so I will not be able to offer such a good postage discount when you requet an invoice if you buy each item individually. When buying multiple different items, always request a total before paying, or just await an invoice. I will then be able to combine the postage, and save you money.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM CLICK 'CONTACT SELLER' - (NOT 'RESOLVE A PROBLEM'.) THEN CLICK 'OTHER' AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST. DO NOT CLICK 'I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM YET' AS THIS WILL OPEN A CASE AGAINST ME AND WILL COUNT AS A 'DEFECT' AGAINST MY ACCOUNT - FOR SOMETHING WHICH IS USUALLY BEYOND MY CONTROL.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If I want to return an item, who pays the postage?
A: If you have changed your mind, and decided that you do not want the item, then you will have to pay for the return postage yourself, which will need to be a tracked service, such as Recorded Delivery, or International Signed For. If the items is defective, or damaged and is therefore unusable, I will pay for the return postage.
Q: Do you accept returns on Auction items?
A: I only accept returns for an Auction item if the item is damaged whilst in transit to you. I do not accept a return because you hve changed your mind, or made a mistake, because it is unfair to other bidders.
Q: How do I combine postage costs on different items?
A: You must request a total before paying if you are purchasing different items. If purchasing identical items, use the drop down menu and add the number you require. This is especially important as from September Ebay is charging Sellers a fee on postage costs stated in the listing, as well as their usual fees.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For Buy It Now Items, 14 days. Before returning an item please contact me, advising me of your problem.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, I will always combine shipping where possible. You must request an invoice BEFORE paying. If you do not I will have to assume you want each item sent separately. However, due to insurance requirements on large, valuable packages, sometimes it will work out more economical to send items separately - especially for overseas.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Special Delivery Items (UK) are guaranteed to arrive the next working day. However, in spite of the guarantee, on rare occasions the mail can be delayed. Items shipped to the USA and Australia usually take at least one week to arrive. Items shipped to Europe, from 3 days. Please note however, for some unknown reason, some items take far longer.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: I do not charge for handling. But remember, I still have to pay for packaging materials, so sometimes a small charge is added on to the actual postage. Unfortunately, from September 2013, as well as the usual seller fees, Ebay is adding the postage cost to the Final Value fee - which has to be factored into the cost of postage.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, I ship worldwide.
Q: Why is the UK postal charge for Jewellery higher than other items?
A: For posting jewellery, Special Delivery is essential. Royal Mail will only cover any type of jewellery (even costume) for loss or damage, sent via Special Delivery. I have had to cover the cost of some losses myself when using other services, which is unfair.
Q: Why is insurance required for overseas packages valued at over £20.00?
A: For packages valued at over £20, there is no compensation for loss or damage - see answer above. For Overseas, precious metals such as silver are not automatically covered by insurance so - in line wioth Ebay policies, I have to use a tracked and insured service.
Q: If I need to pay by cheque (UK only) where do I send it?
A: My address is 'Korup', Densole Lane, Densole, Nr Folkestone, Kent CT18 7BL.
Q: Why do you only accept Paypal from overseas buyers?
A: UK banks will not accept International Orders and similar methods of payment from overseas banks.
Q: I have signed up for the weekly Newsletter, but mine did not arrive. Why?
A: I have scheduled Newsletters to be sent every Monday. However, sometimes Ebay does not send them - or they arrive after the auction has ended! I have tried to rectify this but Ebay insists they are always sent! Please contact Ebay if yours does not arrive.
