1. We will accept any returned items for credit or exchange withing 5 days of purchase. You may be subject to a handling fee of 20%.
2. All refunds on returned items will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow us 7-10 working days to process the refund.
3. All items returned must have a copy of the invoice for the item purchased and contact details so we can contact you to issue the refund. If either are not present it may slow down the refund process.
4. All items returned must be in original packaging and must not be fitted. Any sign of fitment or wear on the item will cause your return to be rejected.
5. It is your responsibility to arrange the return of the item or you can contact us to arrange the collection at an additional cost.
