If you change your mind and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 30 days of payment. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. You should include your invoice (if supplied) or Ebay user name and date of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods in a timely manner and undamaged. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. We would suggest using a tracked or signed for service and obtain a certificate of posting at the point of payment at your post office. This is at your discretion and cost. We will not issue refunds for returned items that have been lost by Royal Mail or other courier.
If your item develops a fault, please notify us via the email system on ebay, this can be found in the "my eBay" area. If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to our team for assessment and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 30 days but within the 12 month warranty period, please contact us via 'my eBay' and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the WWI team for assessment and verification of the fault. Returning an item after 30 days of delivery is at buyer cost. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded. Returned items may take 5 working days to be delivered back to us for assessment. If collection is arranged by Cost Wise, please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account. Items returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
