I've placed my order... Now what?
Once you place your order you will be sent an eBay order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your order including what it is you have bought,
your shipping address and delivery method. Once your order has been picked and packed, you will also receive an email just so you know it’s on the way to you.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery to UK Customers
We offer 2nd Class, 1st Class and Next Day delivery options.
For 1st and 2nd class we use Royal Mail and these orders will be delivered by your local postman.
For next day delivery, we use DPD Local. This service gives you a tracking number along with an hour time slot in which the courier intends to deliver your order.
If this is not convenient, you can reschedule a delivery time with them online or via their text message service.
UK delivery times are as follows:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 working days.
Interlink Express: 1 working day (if ordered before 1pm)*
*2 working days may apply to DPD Local services for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands and the Isle of Man.
Delivery to the rest of the world
We are happy to ship any items up to a weight of 2kg to any country in the world. International shipping prices are based on total order weight and will be given at checkout.
If you are buying from outside the EU, your order will have a CN22 customs declaration attached to it which states what is in the parcel and also the value of the contents.
Please note you will be liable for any local taxes and duties.
For all of our international orders, we use Royal Mail Priority Airmail.
International delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest Of World: 5-14 working days.
I haven’t received my order yet!
Don’t panic! If you haven’t received your order within the allotted time frame, then please get in contact with us by clicking “ask seller a question” through your eBay account.
We will aim to respond to your email within a couple of hours.
I’ve received my order but it’s damaged!
We always do our best to package orders properly. Anything that is fragile is always sent in a double walled box and filed with padded paper for extra protection. On the rare
chance that your item does arrived damaged please contact us by clicking “ask seller a question” through your eBay account. We may require an image of the damage but we will
aim to offer you a replacement or refund immediately after this.
I’ve received my item but it’s not really what I expected.
We operate a no hassle 100 day returns policy so you can return an item/s to us for a full refund. If you decide within this period that the item is not for you, simply open a
returns case through your eBay account and send it back to us. We will refund you in full once we receive the item back. We do not charge any fees for this.
I’m waiting for a refund, when will I receive it?
Refunds on returned goods are made on the same day as we receive them back, as long as they are as per the return guidelines. All refunds are made back to either the original PayPal
account you paid with. We can't refund to different accounts or send the money to your Uncle John because the item was meant for him.
If you have returned an item but haven't had a refund yet then we most probably either haven't received it but if you do need to contact us please do so through your eBay account.
I want to buy a few times; can you combine my shipping cost?
Yes we can! You are only charged 1 shipping amount per order and shipping is combined. The price of shipping all depends on the total weight of your order and also what service you
want to use. You can find out how much shipping will be by either looking in your basket or going to the checkout summary.
I don’t live in the UK, can I still order?
Yes you can! We welcome customers from all over the world and offer shipping to every country on the planet. If the post man will deliver it to you then we’ll send it!
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow collection of orders. Our warehouse is not a safe environment for the public to visit due to fork lift trucks driving round and delivery vans coming
and going. All orders must be posted.
