Excellent. I purchased the wrong type of sink plug, & the refund was paid efficiently without quibble. NOTE: I knew I would have to pay return postage, but to complete the online eBay return process I had to click to accept a return via Royal Mail (for return label). But for £3.55 ie nearly as much as the item, I took the risk & posted it via Royal Mail separately for half the price with no tracking/signed for. I trusted it to get there & the company to be honest and they indeed were. 5 STARS.

Rubbish cheap product. Only one in there, pic is very deceiving as doesn’t say only one til last bit in the description. Cheap bit of thin ordinary sponge, and home made packaging, not even sealed. Contacted seller x 2 but they couldn’t be bothered to respond, hence negative feedback. Buyers beware!

communication sent, seller no response..thought i purchased a blue 4 piece bathroom accessory set as pictured ..got sent through post a blue plastic swimming aid for a child, called a pool noodle.must have thought was a good substitute for bathroom set..quality control at dispatch needs a upgrade.major mistake will not come back .do not shop at this sellers shop. i don't except a refund i do not want the order. i have gave the swimming aid to the family next door with a tiny paddling pool.
