Founded in 1999 in Rotherham, Burrows Motor Company is a family owned and run business with sites in Rotherham, Barnsley, help with any motoring requirement you have, whilst remaining small enough to retain the family, friendly feel, with each team member working constantly to ensure they offer the best possible service to each customer, whether they have been coming to us for 10 years or it’s their first visit. Shipping Policy

Most orders are despatched within 3 working days many the same day, Depending on the order value, size etc of your order it will be send using Royail Mail, ParcelForce, FedEx or DHL tracking information where applicable for your order will be provided by email enabling you to track your items progress to your door. Please inspect your item(s) carefully for any damage or missing items this will need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt via the eBay message system

Returns policy

Most of our items are covered by the 14 day eBay safe buying guarantee providing the item is returned in the exact same condition as supplied and in undamaged original packaging with all part number labels intact some exceptions are electrical items, ECU,s and safety related products such as seat belts and air bags You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service. It is your responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item(s) to Burrows Car Parts. The only exceptions here are instances where the Burrows Car Parts team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been delivered or the item has been reported damaged within 24 hours of Receipt In such cases depending on the item size etc we will provide a prepaid post label or Courier collection

How much does it cost to have my item(s) delivered?

We offer two levels of postage: Standard and Expedited. The Standard delivery is free to most UK areas whilst the Expedited delivery, for those items you need more quickly, is chargeable.

We also ship worldwide at reasonable shipping rates please contact us for a quote

In order to benefit from one postage and packaging charge for multiple items, please add items to your basket and pay for all items together.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Returns

Can I return my item(s)?

Under the Customer Contracts Regulations you have up to 14 Calendar days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via Burrows Car parts ebay store. This applies to most products we sell but excludes electrical parts ECU,s and safety related items such as seat belts and airbags.

If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through eBay and we will respond with the return address for you return your unwanted item.

If the items have been deliberately damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and you must pay for the cost of the damage.

Please note:

In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels. You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. How long does it take to process a refund?

Where appropriate, refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of proof that the item(s) has been sent back, or when the item(s) itself is actually received back.

Warranty

All of our parts and accessories come with a minimum of a full one year warranty; giving you extra peace of mind. You can make a warranty claim at any authorised Dealer within the UK who will repair or replace the defective part. *Please retain your original receipt of purchase from the Burrows Car Parts Store for the warranty repair to be validated*. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself or a workshop/dealer not authorised by the manufacturer will be not be covered under the warranty. Faults due to fair wear and tear and are not covered under the warranty.

Placing an order How will I know if my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order with Burrows Car Parts, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.

Warranty

Do your products come with any warranty?

All products come with a minimum of one year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within a minimum of 12 months of purchase. You can make a warranty claim at any authorised dealer in the UK who will repair or replace the defective part but only if you retain your original receipt of purchase from Burrows Car Parts. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a Dealer or a workshop not authorised as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

Parts not listed in the eBay store

VIN Number

The vehicles VIN number allows us get the exact year and month your vehicle was produced by the manufacturer which is sometimes needed for correct part identification.

To find your VIN numbers please refer to your Vehicle's V5c Registration Document (see example to the right). Alternatively, you can find your VIN number on the bottom right-hand-side of your front windscreen or on the vehicle identification plate attached under the bonnet or on the centre door pillar.
