My opinion only but the wig looks nothing like on the box, not even the colour. I was offered 15% back and keep the wig. I didnt want the wig as you will see from my photos. To be fair not the Sellers fault but the supplier. I did not except a refund until I got at least 50%, half ,which the Seller did pay back 50%.

Regrettably, we were unable to accommodate a full refund for the returned item, as per our return policy, which explicitly indicates that returns on wigs cannot be accepted due to hygiene concerns. Consequently, we proceeded with a partial refund in accordance with our policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
