Item was as described but again mailed to me in a flimsy plastic bag with no further protection. This appears to be the typical care and attention given to purchasers from this charity. Fortunately on this occasion the item did not sustain damage in the post but this is not my usual experience. I had to contact after a week as the item still hadn’t been dispatched. The bhf Could do much better with the packing of items to prevent transit damage.

Contact to seller very easy, sent pictures of item and then immediate refund was initiated to PayPal, without having to return as damaged.
