Really good company to deal with. Unfortunately I did not receive the item, it was lost in transit but once reported non receipt to the seller there was no difficulty in resolving the issue. They gave me the choice of a further item despatch or a refund. I chose a refund and received it immediately without any issues. So I would recommend this seller and I would buy again from them.

Almost 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date I requested a tracking number. The next day the seller asked me to confirm address instead of giving the number. I confirmed address and asked for tracking number but they still didn't provide it. 3 days later they replied, not giving the tracking number but saying they'd contact the courier IF the insoles didn't arrive by the end of the week, it was a Monday. Shame because I've been buying these great insoles from another seller for years.

Sent me a Size 9 instead of Size 6. I took a photo of the insole sent to me with a Size 6 insole on top so seller could see the difference in size. I got a message asking if I want my money back or a replacement. I was desperate for another pair so asked for a replacement. The 2nd pair just came and, AGAIN, they are too big and a Size 9? How is this seller still on eBay?????

This took a while to arrive but I don't think it was any fault of the seller as it was dispatched the next day. Once I had highlighted this to them they responded quickly. Recommended.
